Offer Gilboa, Chairman & CEO, Control Owner Of CAL Cargo Airline
Chairman, Control Owner of Liege Air Cargo Handling Services, Belgium
Control Owner of Ace Aviation Group Malta.
Offer Gilboa has been leading CAL Group since 2010. As an active Chairman of the Board and CEO of Cal Cargo Airlines and as Chairman of Liege Air Cargo Handling Services , he has focused on spearheading the groups strategic expansion. During his tenure the group has developed from an Israeli focused company to a global active Air Cargo Group. The group has opened new routes, has rejuvenated its fleet, to include 3 B-747 400 freighters, and has developed its Logistics centre in Liege as a centre of excellence that attracts and serves various cargo airlines. Recently established Ace Aviation Group in Malta to focus on Aircraft Leasing Business and AirCargo Charter flights sales.

A seasoned entrepreneur with tremendous global experience gained through years of running organizations across countries and cultures, Offer is a well-known leader in the aviation and industrial arena . Offer had spent many years in the UK as a managing director of Delta (London) Textiles limited. For over ten years he was CEO and Partner in the controlling group of Bagir Ltd., a global conglomerate with over 3000 employees in 7 countries, manufacturing and distributing high quality innovative tailored clothing to world class retailers, such as M&S and Brooks Brothers. For his role in turning round this organization he became Winner of the 2005 Israeli Manufacturers Association annual award. Previously Deputy CEO of Canit Hashalom Ltd., (The Azrieli Group), one of the largest commercial real estate companies in Israel.
Offer holds an MBA in Finance and Business Strategy from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is a member of the Israeli Bar Association, holding an LLB from the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Shai Gill, VP Flight Operations
Shai rejoined CAL in 2015 and currently serves as VP flight operation at CAL, where he maintains the growth and expansion of CAL’s fleet and network with efficiency and safety. Shai began his airline career at CAL in 2002 as First Officer and then Captain, fulfilling various roles in flight operations management and training, from IOSA, through ERP implementation, as well as founding the Quality System as Flight Operations Quality Manager. During his time away from CAL, as project manager and Chief Operations Inspector in the CAAI, Shai led a national project to restore Israel’s aviation safety rating to Category I, after being downgraded by the FAA in 2008. In addition he held various management and consulting roles in aviation both in Israel and abroad.

Offir Zeevi, CIO

Since 2018, Offir has been responsible for building and maintaining a responsive IT infrastructure at both CAL and LACHS (our wholly owned ground handling company in Liege, Belgium). Previously IT Project Manager and Systems Analyst at CAL, Offir supports the company’s goals, using technology to improve service, delivery, and business performance.

Offir is a Bachelor of Business, specialized in Information Systems from The College of Management.

Ronen Regerman, VP Commerce
Ronen has recently returned to CAL as Vice President of Commerce after almost 6 years as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Cargo GSA. CAL is thrilled to have Ronen back on board, as he brings with him not only expertise, dedication and industry knowledge, but also an extensive history with CAL.
Ronen originally joined the company in 2000, and held number of progressively responsible positions including management of CAL’s operation in New York. There, he directed sales, logistics, business development and operations.

Ronen also held the position of Grounds Operation Manager where he controlled suppliers and services, established new stations and built metrics to effectively measure efficiency. Ronen has extensive experience managing sales, marketing, operations and personnel at all levels in the field of air cargo transportation and logistics. He also has high level exposure to working worldwide, including the Middle East, Asia, Europe, North America and Latin America. Ronen holds an MBA from the International College of Management, and a BA from Bar Ilan University.

Yossi Shoukroun, CAL Group COO
Yossi is managing director of CAL’s wholly owned ground handling company Liege Air Cargo Handling Services (LACHS). He has been a part of the CAL team for over 11 years, and is based in Liege (Belgium). Previously business development manager at Logisticare (Maman), Yossi has extensive experience in business development, international cargo development, logistics and total supply management.

Yossi holds a degree in industrial engineering from Bar Ilan University.

Amiram Yacobi, VP Maintenance
Ami has been part of the CAL team since 1999 and has tremendous experience with wide-berth aircrafts. As a dedicated aircraft engineer, Ami has a deep familiarity with the CAL fleet and crew as well as the maintenance and operations team. In 2010, Ami was promoted to VP Maintenance where he is responsible for the on-going safety and maintenance of the entire CAL fleet and equipment.

Ami holds an MBA from Bar Ilan University.

Eshel Heffetz, Fleet Planning consultant
Eshel has been part of the CAL team since 1999 and is an integral part of the team. Over the years, Eshel progressed from Safety Office and Captain to Chief Pilot and Aircrew Training Manager. In 2005 Eshel was project manager for the first ever (and subsequently renewed) IATA Operational Safety Audits (IOSA) and was promoted to Vice President Flight Operations where he is responsible for the management and safety of flight operations, crew training and fleet management of CAL Cargo Airlines. At 2015 – 2016 he serves as VP Fleet Planning. Eshel holds a B.Sc. and an Executive MBA from the Tel Aviv University.
